De cette mani\u00e8re, une zone \u00e0 l\u2019abri a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e, \u00e9quip\u00e9e de pontons flottants, avec une capacit\u00e9 pour 216 navires qui peuvent faire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 15 m\u00e8tres de longueur.<\/p>\n<p>Cette digue de protection du bassin int\u00e9rieur est une digue \u00e0 talus et elle est prot\u00e9g\u00e9e par des brise-lames, couronn\u00e9e par une structure form\u00e9e par des caissons pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9s en b\u00e9ton. La digue de protection se situe \u00e0 5,50 m\u00e8tres au-dessus du niveau de la mer avec un \u00e9paulement en b\u00e9ton non arm\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les bords int\u00e9rieurs du bassin int\u00e9rieur ce sont des murs en b\u00e9ton de ciment qui vont jusqu\u2019\u00e0 4 m\u00e8tres de profondeur qui couronnent la poutre d\u2019accostage, qui se situe \u00e0 3,50 m\u00e8tres au-dessus du niveau de la mer, au m\u00eame niveau du terrain d\u00e9couvert.<\/p>\n<p>Adoss\u00e9s \u00e0 la digue de protection, on trouve une cale d\u2019\u00e9chouage, une fosse d\u2019ascenseur pour le travel lift, un quai pour une future grue et un autre pour le combustible.<\/p>\n<p>Quatre pontons flottants seront dispos\u00e9s dans le bassin : deux pontons de 125 m\u00e8tres, un autre de 107 m\u00e8tres et un dernier de 83 m\u00e8tres pour des embarcations de petite taille, des embarcations sportives et de plaisance. Les pontons flottants seront en b\u00e9ton, mouill\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des corps-morts et leurs cha\u00eenes.
